Criteria for DMCA takedown requests

We take infringement on the intellectual property rights of others seriously, and we expect the same of our users. A procedure for handling copyright infringement complaints was established under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Please make a DMCA report on our Contact page if you are the owner of a copyright or have the legal capacity to act on behalf of a copyright owner and believe that a third party is infringing on that content on or via GitLab’s services. We will then take the necessary action.
